Important limitations

Disclaimer

Calculators can clarify assumptions and comparisons, but they cannot replace official product terms or advice tailored to your situation.

Estimates, not guarantees

All calculators and guides on WealthCalcLab are provided for informational and educational purposes. Results are estimates based on the inputs, formulas, and assumptions shown on each page. They may not match the exact calculation used by a bank, lender, employer, insurer, tax authority, investment provider, accounting system, or other institution.

Rates, fees, taxes, contribution rules, market returns, inflation, exchange rates, payment timing, and legal requirements can change. Small differences in timing or rounding can become material across long schedules.

No financial, tax, legal, or investment advice

Nothing on WealthCalcLab constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, insurance, legal, lending, or other professional advice. Site content is not a recommendation to buy, sell, borrow, refinance, insure, invest, file, or enter any contract.

Consult an appropriately qualified professional and current official sources when a decision has material financial or legal consequences.

Global display and local rules

Currency selection changes number and symbol formatting only. It does not convert values at a foreign-exchange rate and does not apply a country's tax law, lending regulation, consumer protection, payroll rules, or market conventions.

The global income-tax estimator uses rate assumptions entered by the user. It is not a filing engine and does not automatically model brackets, filing statuses, allowances, benefits, surtaxes, or contribution caps.

Investment and retirement uncertainty

Investment growth, SIP, CAGR, ROI, DCF, and retirement outputs use deterministic assumptions for planning. Actual market returns are volatile, sequence matters, fees and taxes vary, and future performance cannot be guaranteed. A smooth chart is not a prediction of a smooth real-world path.

Borrowing and property estimates

Loan, EMI, mortgage, refinance, and rent-versus-buy tools may not include every origination fee, escrow adjustment, insurance requirement, transfer tax, penalty, variable-rate change, or underwriting condition. Obtain a formal disclosure or quote before committing.

User responsibility

You are responsible for checking that inputs use consistent units and periods, optional assumptions are realistic, and results are interpreted within the stated limitations. Compare multiple scenarios rather than relying on one precise-looking output.

Report a possible error

If a formula, label, schedule, or explanation appears incorrect, send the page URL and reproducible non-sensitive inputs to [email protected].
